录音不外发，我们不留你的数据。

Voice Translator 的 iPhone 版把听、译、说放在你这部 iPhone 上完成，听和谈可以在飞行模式下整场跑完。专业版（以及每台设备 5 分钟的云端试用）联网时会多两件事：云端定稿（每一段识别出的文字经我们的服务器交给模型改定一次）和讲的抽图（你讲的那段中文经我们的服务器交给模型画成板上一步）。我们不落盘、不留日志，只记用了多少分钟用来计费。免费的体验版在试用用完之后，文字也不离开这部手机。App 里没有账号，没有分析工具，没有广告，没有第三方 SDK。这一页把每一类数据的去向写清楚。

一句话

识别与翻译全部在这部手机上完成，录音一段识别完就删。专业版（或试用那 5 分钟）联网时，文字（不是录音）会经我们的服务器交给模型：云端定稿与讲的抽图；体验版试用用完之后，文字也不离开这部手机。我们不落盘、不留日志，只记用了多少分钟。没有开关 —— 断网或连不上我们的服务器，就自动只剩本地。

麦克风与录音

  • 什么时候开麦克风

    点进「听」：麦克风开着连续听，状态行写着「正在听」，点「停」就停。点进「谈」：对方那一侧自动听，不用按；你按住麦克风说中文。点进「讲」：只有按住麦克风时才录。切到后台、锁屏，麦克风就关，这一场也停。App 不在后台监听。

  • 录到的音频去哪

    音频写进这部手机的临时文件，交给设备上的识别引擎，这一段识别完就删除。音频不上传、不备份、不保留。

  • 谁在做识别

    iOS 系统的语音识别（SpeechTranscriber / DictationTranscriber）和一个运行在设备上的 CoreML 模型（Parakeet v3）。两者都在本机跑，不经过网络。

翻译也在本机

翻译用 iOS 的 Apple Translation 框架（uk↔zh-Hans 语言包由系统下载），不联网。

结果是：听和谈可以在飞行模式下整场完成。这不是隐私承诺的修辞，是这条链路的事实 —— 你可以自己关掉网络试。云端定稿是这条本地链路之上的一层（专业版），不是它的前提；讲里把一段话画成一张图要联网、要专业版，体验版和断网时那一段记成一张便签，原话留在板上。

联网的几件事

下载乌克兰语识别模型（只在 Wi-Fi 下）

为了把乌克兰语听得更准，App 在 Wi-Fi 下自动下载一个约 600 MB 的语音模型，来源是 Hugging Face 的公开模型仓库。这次下载只传输模型文件本身，不携带你的任何数据、不携带设备标识；不是 Wi-Fi 就不下，等下一次打开。没下好之前，App 用 iOS 自带的乌克兰语听写。

云端定稿 · 专业版

手机先在本机听出一版、翻出一版；这一版的文字再经我们的服务器交给模型改定一次，改定的结果替换屏幕上那一段。经过我们服务器的是文字，录音不外发。我们不落盘、不留日志，只记用了多少分钟用来计费。没有开关：断网或连不上，就只用本地那一版；体验版试用用完之后不发。

讲的抽图 · 专业版

你在「讲」里说的那段中文（识别在手机上完成），连同板上已有那几张图的标签，经我们的服务器交给模型，换回板上的一步。同样不落盘、不留日志，只记分钟。体验版试用用完之后不发，那一段记成便签。板上的字译成对方的语言，是在手机里完成的。

试用与充值

设备上生成一个随机 id，用来记体验版送的 $10 和 5 分钟云端试用；联网时上报用了几分钟，不上报内容。充值走 App Store 的应用内购买；首充时把购买凭证发给我们的服务器，换回一个账户码，之后用它换短期令牌、看余额。没有账号，不要邮箱、不要手机号。

除这几件事之外，App 不发起任何网络请求。没有遥测、没有崩溃上报、没有 A/B 实验、没有远程配置。

留在手机上的东西，你完全控制

每一场在 App 自己的文稿目录（Documents/VoiceTranslator/）下留一份字幕记录 —— 当时说了什么，别的不记。它只存在这部手机上。

  • 怎么看

    App 里「更多 › 历史」按天列，点开是当时的字幕。也可以用 iOS 自带的「文件」App → 我的 iPhone → Voice Translator，直接浏览、导出、删除。

  • 怎么删干净

    删除单场：在「文件」里删掉那一场的文件夹。全部删除：卸载 App，所有数据随之删除。如果你开着 iCloud 云备份，iOS 会把 App 的文稿目录跟整机一起备份；语音模型标记了不参与备份。

不共享、不追踪、不面向儿童

  • 不共享、不出售：经过我们服务器的只有上面几件事里的文字，我们不落盘、不留日志，因此没有可供共享或出售的东西。

  • 不追踪：App 不使用广告标识符（IDFA），不做跨 App 或跨网站的跟踪，随包提供的隐私清单里跟踪项为空。

  • 不面向 13 岁以下儿童：本 App 不针对儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童信息。

你的权利

我们不存储你的个人数据：云端定稿与讲的抽图经过我们服务器的文字，我们不落盘、不留日志，留下的只有分钟数和充值余额。所以通常意义上的「查阅 / 更正 / 删除 / 导出我的数据」在我们这边没有对应的对象 —— 数据在你手里。你随时可以在「文件」App 里查看和删除全部内容，或在 iOS 设置里撤回麦克风与语音识别权限。

这个网站

上面说的都是 App。这一页所在的网站（voicetranslator.app）每一页都挂着 Cloudflare Web Analytics，用来数有多少人看了哪一页、从哪儿点进来：记你看的网址、从哪个网站点过来、国家或地区、浏览器、操作系统、设备类型、页面加载快慢。它不用 Cookie、不用本地存储；按 Cloudflare 的说法，它不拿 IP 或浏览器标识给人做指纹，也不跨网站跟踪一个人。App 里没有它。

另外，网站自己数五件事（2026-10-01 起）：这次访问从哪一页进来、从哪类地方来（搜索 / AI 助手 / 社区 / 别的网站 / 直接打开，加上那个网站的域名和链接里的 utm 标签）、工具有没有用完一次、有没有点去产品页或下载、有没有点充值。发到同一个域名下的 /_vt/e，只记页面路径、事件名、国家或地区、页面语言；不设 Cookie、不生成任何 id、不读你在工具里输入的字，「从哪一页进来」放在 sessionStorage 里，关掉标签页就没了。iPhone App 里没有这些。

页面的字体从 Google Fonts 加载，它会看到你的 IP 地址；它不是分析工具。样式文件放在这个网站自己这里（2026-10-01 起不再从 cdn.tailwindcss.com 加载）。

变更与联系

这一页如有变更，会更新顶部的日期并在此说明。2026-10-01 这一版的变化：「这个网站」补上网站自己数的五件事，样式不再从 cdn.tailwindcss.com 加载；App 收集的东西没有变。2026-09-25 这一版的变化：补上这个网站本身的访问统计（见「这个网站」）；删掉一句过时的朗读说明（App 不出声）。App 收集的东西没有变。2026-09-14 那一版的变化：分成体验版与专业版 —— 体验版只用本地模型，试用用完之后文字不离开手机；云端定稿与讲的抽图只在专业版；本地用了几分钟也上报（不上报内容）。2026-09-13 那一版的变化：听与谈改成点进去就开麦克风（对方不用按），去掉了关掉云端定稿的开关（断网自动只剩本地），加了讲的抽图。有任何隐私相关的问题，写信给 support@voicetranslator.app。

本版随 iPhone 版 1.0 生效。

English version

Voice Translator does not upload your recordings and does not keep your data. Speech recognition and translation run on your iPhone; Listen and Talk work in airplane mode. With Pro (or during the 5-minute cloud trial), two steps send text (never audio) through our server to a model when online: cloud finalisation of each recognised segment, and turning what you say in Present into a step on the board. Nothing is stored, no logs are kept, only minutes are counted. On the free edition, once the trial is used, text stays on the phone too. The app has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDK.

  • Microphone

    In Listen the microphone is on while the tab is open; in Talk the other person's side listens automatically and you hold the button to speak; in Present audio is recorded only while you hold the button. Going to the background or locking the phone turns the microphone off. Audio goes to on-device recognisers and is deleted once recognised — never uploaded, backed up or retained.

  • Network

    (1) Over Wi-Fi only, a ~600 MB Ukrainian speech model is downloaded from the public Hugging Face model repository, carrying no user data and no device identifier. (2) Cloud finalisation and (3) Present's board step send text through our server as above — Pro only, plus the 5-minute trial. (4) A random device id counts the free $10 credit and the 5-minute cloud trial, and minutes used are reported (never content); top-ups use App Store in-app purchase, and the first purchase receipt is exchanged on our server for an account code. Nothing else: no telemetry, no crash reporting, no remote config.

  • What stays on the device

    Each session's captions are written to the app’s own Documents folder. See them under More › History, or browse, export and delete them in the Files app; deleting the app removes everything. If iCloud Backup is on, iOS includes the app’s Documents in the device backup; the speech model is excluded.

  • Sharing, tracking, children

    Nothing is shared or sold. No IDFA and no cross-app tracking. Not directed to children under 13.

  • This website

    Everything above is about the app. This website (voicetranslator.app) runs Cloudflare Web Analytics on every page to count visits: the address you view, the referring site, country or region, browser, operating system, device type and page load time. It uses no cookies and no local storage; Cloudflare says it does not fingerprint visitors by IP address or user agent and does not track individuals across sites. The app has none of this. Since 2026-10-01 the site also counts five things itself — the landing page and the kind of source (search, AI assistant, community, another site, direct, plus that site’s domain and any utm tags), whether a tool was used once, clicks to a product page or the download, and clicks on top-up — sent to /_vt/e on the same domain with the page path, event name, country and page language only: no cookies, no identifiers, nothing you type into a tool; the landing page sits in sessionStorage until you close the tab. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address; it is not an analytics tool. Stylesheets are served from this site (no longer from cdn.tailwindcss.com).
